Introduction to Chinese Wellness: Taiji

Taiji is the ancient Chinese art of longevity. It is a combination of exercise for one’s body movement, inner mind work, and breathing. Yinglei Zhang, who has practiced Taiji for 40 years, will provide a brief talk about Chinese wellness and a demonstration of Taiji. Free and open to the public.
