Field to Fork: Wild Game Cooking and Tasting

Interested in cooking the fish you caught?  Ever wondered what deer and bear meat tastes like?  Wild game is nutritious, sustainable, and rooted in Vermont.  Register for this wild game cooking series to learn to prepare different dishes, sample each dish, and have the opportunity to learn more about cooking with wild meat.  Add some wild game meat to your locally foraged ramps, leeks, and fiddleheads.  This is a workshop of the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department.  Space is limited.  Register at https://www.registered.com/events/view/145604.
