The Collier Health Information Center is a joint project of Ilsley Public Library, Porter Medical Center, the Porter hospital staff, and the  Champlain Valley Area Health Education Center.  Additional support is provided by the staff of the Dana Medical Library at UVM and the Vermont Community Health Information Network.

The center is located on the first floor of the library and contains reference and circulating texts, pamphlets, local health periodicals, and an Internet accessible computer that patrons may use to research health information.
