Natalie Neuert, director of UVM’s Lane Series, explores the recipes that Jews took with them to the Balkans, Europe, North Africa, and America, from British fish and chips to Bubbe’s brisket to the ubiquitous Ashkenazi Shabbos supper of cholent.
