The Conference Room is designed to comfortably accommodate group meetings while fully supporting seamless hybrid participation. The space integrates high-quality audio and video technology to ensure that remote attendees can see, hear, and engage as naturally as those in the room. A centrally oriented layout, clear sightlines, and intuitive controls make it easy to host meetings and share content.

The Conference Room may be reserved both during and after library hours. After hours events require a key, which may be picked up at the Welcome Desk during library hours.

Reserving the room is free if the event itself is free and open to the public. For events that are private, charge admission, or are selling goods or services, there will be a fee of $25 an hour.
