Public Meeting Spaces at Ilsley Public Library
One of the essential services Ilsley Public Library provides is the free use of facilities for group meetings and other small gatherings. The library currently offers the following meeting venues:
The Jessica Swift Community Meeting Room
Location: Basement level
Capacity:
- 68 seated
- 146 standing
Amenities: This room features:
- ceiling mounted LCD projector
- a sound system
- wireless microphones
- Tables & chairs
- VCR
- wireless Internet access
- slide projector
- white board, and screen are available free of charge
- easy exterior access to the parking lot
- kitchen
- 2 restrooms
Booking:
- Must be booked in advance.

Small Meeting Rooms
Location: Three small meeting rooms on the 2nd floor
Capacity: 4 seats
Booking:
- Two small meeting rooms may be booked in advance.
- The third small meeting room is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Library Lobby
Location: 1st floor
Capacity: 20 standing
Booking:
- The lobby is available to artists for receptions.
- Other groups may reserve the lobby after consultation with the library director.
