VTBiz: Ilsley Public Library celebrates grand opening

On Saturday, August 29, the Ilsley Public Library opened its doors to a new chapter as the Middlebury community celebrated the Grand Opening of the newly renovated and expanded library.

More than 3,000 people walked through the library during Saturday’s celebration, an extraordinary turnout and a fitting welcome for a building that has served as a cornerstone of downtown Middlebury for more than a century.
