Join Monica in the Community Room for a 3 week workshop, Befriending Yourself with Mindfulness Meditation. This workshop blends basic mindfulness practices with meditation skill building. We’ll explore ways to focus your mind so it gets used to distractions/critical commentary and makes room for a kinder, gentler way to move through life’s’ challenges and realities. This workshop is limited to 12 participants
Monica is a graduate of 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield
