Middlebury’s Ilsley Public Library moves in preparation for renovations

The Illsely Public Library is making a major move this week. Its collection of books and media was being wrapped up and shipped off to storage on Tuesday.

“It is a complicated process to move a library,” Director Dana Hart said. “We have about 50,000 items, books, DVDs, things like that, not to mention about 100 years’ worth of stuff. We’ve occupied this building continuously since 1924.” Read the full article and watch the video here.
